  • What materials do you use?

    All of Collect's bags are sewn from high-quality Italian leather that has been preserved for many years. We combine unique and innovative materials in our products, such as plastic combined with lace and with both imported exclusively to Israel by Collect.

  • How can I keep the skin and bag I purchased?

    Leather is a natural substance that changes over time and in contact with various substances. Scratches and marks may appear on the skin, and the colors may darken from sunlight. Exposure to liquids such as water or rain may leave marks on the skin but these will disappear over time. We recommend avoiding contact with wipes, substances that contain alcohol or various perfumes, and we also recommend avoiding contact with black denim (jeans) fabric for light skin tones.

    Dedicated products can be found for skin care and long-term preservation.

  • Is there a warranty on the bag I bought?

    Your happiness is important to us ♥. We will therefore repair at no additional cost, any defect resulting from the manufacture of the bag, including seams / zipper / metal fittings or any additional malfunction indefinitely, as far as possible. It is important to remember that skins have a tendency to get scratched from use, so scratches and stains are not considered a defect. Avoid placing the bag on the floor or dirty surfaces, do not wash it, do not clean it with wipes, do not spray perfume or any other spray on it and load it beyond the usual weight. Of course each case is examined on its own merits. You are welcome to contact us at info@collecte.co.il.

  • What are the ways to pay?

    On the site you can pay up to 4 equal payments without interest. The payment on the site is a secure payment.

    We also accept payment via PayPal (see the checkout page on the website). You can also transfer payment to us, by appointment only, by bit, Facebook or bank transfer. For more details write to us at info@collecte.co.il You can also pay for a reservation by phone through the studio's credit terminal at 03-5464010. You can pay in cash when buying in the studio.

  • What to do in case I want an item out of stock?

    If an item you are interested in is out of stock fill in your Email address at the product page in the placeholder and you will get an update you when if it will return to stock, if it does not return to stock, you can order the model you like in a special production to order, The price of the item, if there are no changes, will always be the full price of the product (no discounts or coupons will apply to it).

  • How can I join the customer club and what does it give me?

    You can sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to receive updates, promotions and information on new products.

    When registering for the club, I give a coupon code as a gift for the first purchase on the website, 10% off. From time to time we also create special discounts for club memberships only, birthday benefits and raffles.

  • How can I replace a bag I purchased?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and would like to exchange for a color or other model, send the package in its original packaging back to Collécte, Bloch 20 Tel Aviv, 6416126, and write us which model you would like to exchange, you can contact us in any way. After we receive the shipment from you, we will send you your new choice. Shipping back to you is free unless otherwise stated. The product can be replaced up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, if it is not used and is in its original condition. Products used in any way will not be refunded.

    * Please send the package according to the instructions that came on the page attached to the package that explains the process of returning in response.

    -If you want to make a replacement with VIP service, we will make sure to arrive at your home with a courier, after telephone coordination, pick up the bag and deliver the new bag to you. The cost of this service is 30 NIS.

  • How do I get a refund?

    If you want to return the product you ordered, send the package in its original packaging back to Collécte, Bloch 20 Tel Aviv, 6416126.

    Please send the package according to the instructions that came on the page attached to the package that explains the return process in the response. The bag should be placed in the original packaging tightly closed and the response sticker should be affixed to the area of ​​honor (your address).     Once we receive the shipment from you, you can choose between an unlimited credit for the amount of the purchase you made, or if possible, a credit for the means of payment with which you made the purchase in the full purchase amount.

    We will send you an email confirming the credit. The product can be returned up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, if it is not used at all and is in its original condition in its original packaging. Products used in any way will not be refunded.

    Please note, direct tickets cannot be won, so you will receive a voucher.

  • Can you make me a custom model?

    Yes! We are here for you and want you to be happy. If there is a model you like and it is out of stock, or you want it in a different shade / different metal fittings, we will be happy to produce it for you by custom order. Contact us in any way you want. Tell us about the model (of the brand) you dream of, and we will continue from there with a meeting in the studio about coffee and a color palette.   • What is your vegan material? And what is it made of?

    We at Collect also love different materials, we have made items from 100% natural and vegan material, organic cork fabric.

    Cork fabric exclusively imported by Collecte from Italy. The material is extracted from a combination of a thin cork layer on fabric.

    The material has properties suitable for the product: softness, flexibility and durability over time.

    All materials and the production process from which the cork fabric is made are natural and environmentally friendly and animal-friendly, do not use chemicals for the fabric production or any non-perishable material.

    We have two shades in the studio, and most of our models can be ordered to order in a vegan version.

  • How can I purchase a gift card for a friend/family from you?

    You are so stunning… There are two ways to surprise those you love. One is to purchase each of our products, in the comments line of the invitation to indicate to us that it is a gift, to indicate the name of the recipient and you can even write a greeting that we will be happy to convey in the studio for beautiful paper (at no extra charge). If you want the package to reach the recipient of the gift, please indicate its address for delivery, we will pack the bag for the gift and send it to the address

  • What do I do if I receive a defective product?

    In case the product / package that reached you is defective, please contact us within 24 hours from the date the package arrives to you at the email address info@collecte.co.il and we will therefore provide a solution to the problem.

  • Where are you? And how can I measure?

    Our studio is located at 20 Bloch David Street in Tel Aviv, parking is by appointment only.

    You can come to the studio by easy coordination in advance, and measure in a homely atmosphere and does not require our models.

    In light of the current situation, we offer a measurement service at home (for Gush Dan residents only).

    Choose the models you like and want to measure, contact us, we will send you a courier with the selected models, at the end of the measurement models you do not want returned us back with a courier.

    The cost of the service is 50 NIS. At the time of ordering, credit card details must be left for deposit. The courier will arrive to pick up the models before prior arrangement up to 48 hours from their arrival to you.

  • What are the procedures during the corona epidemic?

    During the plague of the corona virus or COVID-19  worldwide, we take extra care regarding the operation, production, control and delivery of our products.

    We take great care at the studio, increasing the firmness of the staff hand washing during production, working with a work apron, and reducing contact of strangers with the product. We can guarantee that when producing the product the number of people who come in contact with the handbags does not exceed 5 people. 

    We pack the products with gloves.

    We will send you the product when it is packed in a closed plastic package with masking tape, although not the most handsome way to wrap (but underneath will be a stunning package),we do all these efforts  to prevent contact of strangers with the product during the shipment of the package to you the safest way we can.
